Q: Are your bags safe?
A: Go-Again Bags reusable grocery bags have consistently met, and continue to meet all Consumer Product Safety Standards in accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. Regular testing of our bags and factories by independent 3rd party companies confirms that our bags meet all federal requirements for lead and other toxins, and are safe for regular, consumer use.
Q: How do you track working conditions in your factories?
A: Beyond regulatory requirements, our factories are also periodically audited by an independent 3rd party to ensure compliance with social accountability (SAS) and C-TPAT standards. This high level of operation allows our customers, both retail and consumers, to have confidence in the safety and longevity of our products and operations.
Q: How long will my bags last?
A: These bags should easily last 2 years with weekly use.
Q: How much weight can the bag hold?
A: Our bags can hold up to 30-35 pounds. The weight constraint is typically based on what the shopper wants to carry, rather than what the bags will hold. We�ve found that two 1-gallon milk jugs (about 17 pounds) is at the upper limit of what most people are comfortable carrying at one time.
Q: How much will fit in your bags?
A: Our standard shopping bag can easily hold 2-3 times what a typical plastic bag can carry.
Q: How many bags will I need?
A: The typical family of 4 will probably use 8-10 bags on a weekly grocery shopping trip. But, it�s always nice to have a few extra bags so you can keep them in your car for unplanned trips to the stores.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: When you go to checkout in our online store, the postage is automatically calculated, so you know exactly what the costs are before making any payments.
Q: Do you offer reduced shipping rates if I order more than one pack of bag?
A: Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. The more you order, the better your rate becomes.
Q: After I order, how long will it take to get my bags?
A: We usually ship within 1 business day! The delivery time will depend on the service you select. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days, while Parcel Post takes 2-9 days.
Q: How do I clean the bag?
A: We recommend hand washing the bags with water and a mild soap, as needed. Since the material is water and stain resistant, they are very easy to keep clean. A simple rinse under the kitchen sink is typically all they need. The bags dry very quickly on their own. We do not recommend putting them in the dryer.
Q: Can you make custom order bags?
A: Yes! We can do custom orders for as few as 200 bags. Bag dimensions can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. For printing, we can work with your existing company logo, or help you design a new one for your bags. Just send your requirements to: info@Go-AgainBags.com
Q: What is the little loop a the top of the bag? Do I need it?
A: The loop is included on some of our bags so you can hang the bags up if you'd like. Some vehicles have small hooks too. The hooks can be used to hold the bags upright to keep them from tipping over during transit. If you decide you don't want the hanging loop, you can simply clip it off.
Q: What material is used for your bags?
A: Our bags are made from non-woven polypropylene. It is a water resistant material that is also breathable, strong, durable, and lightweight. The following article has some great additional information on polypropylene:

Q: Is your bag recyclable?
A: Yes! They are listed under recyclable symbol #5, which is the same as many yogurt containers and syrup bottles. You will need to check with your local recycler to see if they accept polypropylene (#5 material).
Q: Do you use any recycled materials in your bag?
A: We use recycled materials for the the stiffener in the bottom of our bags.
